Industrial evaporative cooler

Industrial evaporative coolers are used to cool open plan buildings such as warehouses, factories and large retail units. Mounted either on the roof or on outside walls they produce high volumes of filtered, cooled fresh air reducing the indoor temperature and creating a comfortable environment.

The ECP-EXT is a powerful industrial evaporative cooler which will cool an area of up to 200 square meters (2150 sq.ft.). It is much cheaper than equivalent air conditioners and costs up to 90% less to run, bringing cooling to buildings, which were previously considered too expensive to cool.

Quick and easy installation

The ECP-EXT is designed for quick and easy installation, it is supplied ready built, and  only needs a mains water supply and 230V single phase supply. Each unit is supplied with a wall mounted control unit, external isolation and a built in RCD.

ECP-EXT industrial evaporative coolers are designed for installation by your own engineers, and are supplied with a detailed installation manual, and operator’s guide.

Warranty

The ECP-EXT industrial evaporative cooler is manufactured to the highest standards in the UK, and we are confident it will give years of trouble free operation. However in the unlikely event a fault does occur it has a full 1 year return to base parts and labour warranty.

Electricity supply requirements

The ECP-EXT industrial evaporative cooler is designed for use with a 230V 50Hz single phase electricity supply, and is suitable for use in the UK, most of Europe and the Middle East.

It cannot be used in countries that have 120V 60Hz electricity supplies, such as the USA.

Built for the UK market

Unlike other evaporative coolers the ECP-EXT has been specifically designed to take into account the UK’s climate, water quality and health and safety regulations.

ECP-EXT industrial evaporative coolers fully comply with ACOP L8 guidelines, and exceed the requirements of the HSC Approved Code of Practise and Guidance relating to the control of legionnaires disease.
