Waycool portable evaporative air coolers are designed for cooling large well ventilated areas. They produce a blast of fast moving, cooled, filtered air which can be felt up to 20 metres away, providing powerful cooling for factories, warehouses, workshops, loading bays, etc.

Waycool evaporative air coolers are completely self contained. The built in 53 litre water tanks last for up to 10 hours of continuous use. Just roll into position and plug into a convenient 13A UK socket for instant relief from high temperatures.

Waycool evaporative air cooler

The Waycool evaporative air cooler produces 4250m3/hr (2500CFM) of cooled filtered air. It's specially designed centrifugal blower is much quieter than an equivalent axial fan and better suited for use with ducting.

Cool air leaves the directional hood at 45mph (3900fpm), such a high air speed is essential to punch a hole in the surrounding stationary hot air, break it up, and distribute the cool air from the evaporative cooler.

Carefully designed cellulose cooling pads, combine very high efficiency cooling with compact design. The Waycool is much smaller than many competitors evaporative coolers, but delivers a more powerful cooling effect.

For maximum flexibility, a control switch on the side of the cooler allows users to select , high or low fan speed, fan only (no evaporative cooling), and full cooling mode.

Heavy duty portable evaporative air cooler

Waycool evaporative air coolers are heavy duty units designed for commercial use. They feature durable impact resistant, corrosion proof cases, mounted on an aluminium chassis, and corrosion resistant construction. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Refill options

Waycool portable air coolers have large water tanks, which depending on the humidity of the surrounding air last up to 10 hours between refills.

They have a 3/4 in. hose connection for refilling, and can be left permanently connected to a mains water supply for continuous unattended operation.

They can also be refilled manually by removing one grill and cooling pad and pouring water directly into the cooler.

Waycool portable evaporative coolers are manufactured in the USA, and are CE marked.

Ducting options

The directional nozzle on the top of the Waycool evaporative cooler directs a powerful stream of cooled filtered air that can be felt up to 20m (65ft.) away.

Activair 24" L/F polythene ducting can be attached to the nozzle to distribute cooled air up to 45m (150ft.). This is especially useful for distributing cool air over large areas such as production lines or marquees.

Waycool portable evaporative coolers can be also be used with 355mm diameter flexible ducting. Allowing them to be sited outdoors, or to deliver cooled air into difficult to ventilate spaces, such as inspection pits, engine bays, roof spaces etc.

Waycool portable evaporative air coolers are built to the highest standards, they are designed for continuous operation in industrial environments. We are confident they will give years of trouble free operation. However in the unlikely event a fault does occur, they have a full 1 year parts and labour return to base warranty.
