Commercial spot cooler (Discontinued)

The BCM350 is our most powerful commercial spot cooler, which plugs into a standard 13A UK electrical socket. It delivers a massive 35,000BTU (10kw) of chilled air, and will cool areas up to 79 square meters (8535sq.ft.).

With the addition of an optional 4 outlet high pressure head and flexible ducting, the BCM350 portable air conditioner can installed remotely to cool up to four areas simultaneously. The vertically mounted exhaust means the cooler will work backed up against a wall, saving space.

Construction

The BCM350 portable spot cooler is designed for cooling people and processes in the toughest environments. It is built around a tubular steel chassis, which is clad with a galvanised steel cabinet.

For easy transport the BCM350 has easy roll locking castors and large lifting handles.

Operation

The BCM350 commercial spot cooler is air cooled. Air is drawn in through grilles on the back of the cooler.

Hot humid air is expelled through a 300mm (12in.) diameter fixed outlet mounted on the top of the cooler.

Chilled air comes out of the grille on the front of the cooler. To supply cooled air to several places simultaneously a 4 outlet high pressure head is available.

Condensation removal

Moisture removed from the air by the cooling process is collected in a large, easily removable collection tank. When the condensate tank is full, the spot cooler will turn off and an indicator light will illuminate.

Under normal operating conditions the tank should be emptied every 3 to 5 hours. For continuous unattended operation the tank can be removed and a drain hose attached.

1 year warranty

The BCM350 commercial spot cooler is manufactured in the UK to the highest standards. We are confident it will give years of trouble free operation. However in the unlikely event a fault does occur, it has a full 1 year return to base parts and labour warranty.

Electricity supply requirements.

The BCM350 commercial spot cooler is designed for use with a single phase 230V 50Hz electrical supply, and is suitable for use in the UK, most of Europe and the Middle East.

Accessories

Optional accessories:

• Inlet air filters - Air filters reduce the airflow through the cooler and reduce the cooling effect, so they are not fitted as standard. Where filters are required a frame is fitted to the air inlets to support washable foam or throw away filters.



• 4 outlet head - The four outlet head allows up to 16m of 150mm flexible ducting to be connected to the spot cooler.
