Wall mounted electric space heaters

The FC series of wall mounted electric space heaters are quiet, compact fan heaters designed for permanent installation in small warehouses, workshops, factory units, etc.

They have built in thermostats, fan and output selector switches, and are supplied ready for installation with an angled mounting bracket.

The FC3 is configurable on site to operate from either a single phase 230V or 3 phase 400V electricity supply.

The FC5 and FC9 can only be used on a 3 phase 400V supply.

Approvals for FC wall mounted electric space heaters

The FC range of electric space heaters have been tested and comply with the EC EMC 89/336/EEC and LVD 73/23/EEC directives. The FC range has CE approval.

Optional time switch

By installing and optional external time switch, FC series electric space heaters can be programmed to turn on and off at predetermined times. Heating the room before work commences, and minimising running costs by not operating at night when the premises are unoccupied.

Electricity connection

FC wall mounted space heaters are intended for permanent connection and must be installed by a suitably qualified person in accordance with local wiring regulations. They should be connected via an all pole isolator switch preferably fitted with an indicator light.

The FC3 is configurable on-site for either a 230v single phase or 400v three phase and neutral supply. See the wiring diagram for details.

The FC5 and FC9 require a 400V 3 phase and neutral supply. They cannot be used on a 230V single phase supply.

Our FC space heaters are suitable for use on 50Hz supplies but cannot be used on American 60Hz supplies.

Guarantee

FC wall mounted electric space heaters are built in the EU to the highest standards, and we are confident they will provide many years of trouble free service. However, in the unlikely event a fault does occur, they have a 1 year return to base parts and labour guarantee.
